Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Want2Need! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the details of our shipping process below.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped via Aramex courier services.
- Delivery Timeframe: Please allow 5 to 12 business days for your order to arrive.
- Business Days: Our shipping and delivery window excludes weekends and public holidays.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and collected by Aramex, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the Aramex website to monitor your parcel's journey to your doorstep.
3. Shipping Liability & Delays
While we strive to ensure every package reaches its destination within our estimated timeframe, Want2Need is not liable for shipping delays caused by the courier service, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control (such as extreme weather or national strikes).
Once the package is handed over to Aramex, the responsibility for the transit time rests with the courier. However, should you experience a significant delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating your parcel.
4. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package during standard business hours.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that a package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date so we can initiate an inquiry with the courier service.
